Sometimes the table travels.
Fern & Fable may have its home at the cottage, but every now and then the making wanders out into the community.
Community Events are Fern & Fable workshops, pop-ups and creative gatherings hosted in collaboration with local venues, businesses and organizations — bringing the same relaxed, beautifully messy making experience to a slightly bigger table.
Whether we’re gathering at a brewery, tucked into a local shop, or joining a special community event, the idea stays the same:
Come as you are. Make something lovely.
Come find us out in the wild
Community Events are a little different from workshops at the cottage.
They may have:
-
larger group sizes
-
a partner venue
-
food or drinks available separately
-
projects chosen especially for the location or season
-
ticketing through Fern & Fable or the host venue
Each event listing will tell you exactly what’s included and where to meet us.

Bring Fern & Fable to your space
Fern & Fable loves collaborating with local businesses, venues and community organizations to create thoughtful, hands-on gatherings.
If you have a brewery, shop, café, community space or organization and think a Fern & Fable workshop might be a good fit, I’d love to hear what you have in mind.
Projects can be adapted to suit the season, audience, venue and group size, and we can work together to create something that feels right for your space.
