Forest Folk | A Woodland Workshop

Some of the sweetest little projects begin with the simplest things — a pinecone, a scrap of felt, a bit of yarn, and a table full of woodland treasures.

In this cozy workshop, we’ll create a pair of charming Forest Folk using pinecones, felt hats, yarn, wooden noses, moss, acorns, and other foraged and natural details. Each one will take on its own tiny personality, whether you’re drawn to long beards, little braids, floppy hats, mossy collars, twiggy embellishments, or other whimsical touches.

This workshop is designed to be lighthearted, beginner-friendly, and just the right size project for a midweek creative escape. No experience is needed — just come ready to play with materials, choose your favourite bits, and bring a couple of tiny woodland characters to life.

Guests will create two Forest Folk during the workshop, with plenty of variety in colours, textures, and details so that no two ever look…
